Union, compact bearingless CoolControl, M12 × 1 RH, 13mm pilot with a single passage for all media, patented autosense technology changes that changes automatically between closed seals and controlled leakage operation in response to the kind of media, and a non-rotating element that has a “stroke” (axial movement) of up to 13.5 mm, to track drawback movement even when the union is mounted on the clamping device. On top of that, CoolControl technology utilizes an air pilot to hold seals closed during axial drawbar movements, thus minimizing coolant leakage during tool change cycles.
