Many plastic injection machine manufacturers do not want to pair a hot, loud, large, and inefficient hydraulic system next to a clean and efficient machine. CorePULL plastic injection molding hybrid hydraulic systems have an inverter controlled variable speed electric motor that solves these issues.Once the system's desired pressure is met, the CorePULL unit slows to approximately 300 RPM while holding pressure. When there is a need for pressure, the CorePULL responds by accelerating to 4,000 RPM within 1/10 of a second; accomplished by utilizing a pressure transducer to sense demands. This technology reduces heat generation allowing for cooler operating temperatures.Multiple cores or auxiliary functions, such as valve gates can be run using a manifold with a variety of circuit configurations. For better functionality, the keypad on the front of the CorePULL units allows for a fast and easy way to change pressure and flow.

All of the above would be mounted and wired. The customer will need to connect the control cable and power cord to the machine side.
Remote Mounted Keypad
This factory option is designed for lightning-fast response times for those tough applications where every 1/10th of a second counts. A small piston accumulator is charged during dwell time and gives an immediate burst of fluid power whenever the solenoid valve is energized. A Dual Port Flow Control Module is included to tune the extend and retract speeds.
Larger accumulator systems for Rack Units are available upon request.
