Diagnosis - In the examination, certified technicians thoroughly inspect all aspects of the spindle to determine what repair is needed, followed by a quote within hours of inspection.

Repair - Following disassembly, technicians will measure and indicate the spindle shaft. They also check bearing journals and the taper for runout and concentricity. If required, technicians will regrind the journals and taper, and in some instances, will re-chrome and regrind diameters. 

Reassembly - Technicians meticulously clean the spindle before applying paint. Depending on the design, either the outer mounting flange alone or, for certain models, the spindle itself, along with the full housing, receive a fresh coat.

Testing - A field simulation test ensures the spindle is restored back to peak condition.
