Its unique helical offset tooth design merges the belt and sprocket together in a silent partnership. It provides a continuous, rolling tooth engagement to create a quieter, reduced-vibration drive. By utilizing a concept called “circular arc geometry,” the configuration provides better antiratcheting resistance, precise movement, increased power ratings, and improved stress distribution, enabling the belt’s teeth to withstand the shearing action of high-torque loads.
