TeSys Deca thermal overload relay designed for use with TeSys D 9-38 amp contactors to make a motor starter. It detects overcurrents in the lines to the motor. When an overcurrent is detected, the overload relay, working with the contactor, will disconnect the power to the motor to minimize damage to the motor windings.
