A fixed tube sheet design makes tube side cleaning easy. The oil is not very dirty but the coolant is very dirty, so the oil cooler is best suited in areas where the tube side is often cleaned. The unique low fin tube allows 20% size and weight reduction. Inside of water chamber covers are coated with a tar-epoxy paint to prevent corrosion
