Robust and highly durable dual line system distributing valve designed to maximize lubrication efficiency across multiple points in industrial machinery and equipment. With three discharge ports and a size 40 configuration, it is well-suited for mid-sized lubrication systems that require precise, consistent grease distribution while minimizing installation space and complexity. As part of the DW series, the unit features a dual-discharging design that doubles the number of discharging ports compared to conventional single-discharging valves, meaning only half as many distributing valves are needed for the required number of lubricating points. It significantly simplifies installation and streamlines piping configurations, reducing overall system complexity. It also offers flexible support for odd numbers of ports. Dual discharging can be easily converted to single discharging by simply reassembling the cross-port hexagon socket head flat plug, providing adaptability to a wide range of lubrication system layouts without the need for additional components. With a maximum operating pressure of 21 MPa, the valve delivers reliable lubrication performance across a broad range of operating conditions and over a wider coverage area. Sharing the same installation dimensions as other DW series models, it can be easily connected to or substituted with other distributing valves in the range, simplifying system expansions and reconfigurations.
