3/8” NPT closed-seal pilot union. It offers a single passage for coolant or MQL and closed seals for transfer lines and similar applications. The union’s full-flow design has no obstructions to trap swarf or debris, is bearing-supported with a threaded rotor for easy installation, and has deep groove radial ball bearings for smooth operation. A labyrinth system and large vents protect the ball bearings, while balanced mechanical seals made from silicon carbide bring long life even under difficult operating conditions. Lastly, the union’s anodized aluminum housing and stainless steel rotor resist corrosion.
