High-Accuracy MT-Touch Sensors
- Extremely high operating
point repetitive accuracy
- Simplifications of the electrical
circuits result in outstanding cost performance
- The absence
of an amplification circuit eliminates drift accompanying
fluctuations in power supply voltage, temperature changes,
and changes over time.
- A special gold alloy is used for the
contacts to ensure long accuracy and a high level of reliability.
- Easy
input to PC, CNC and other applications Yamatake Logo (LINK)
Tool Setters for CNC Lathes
- Tool setters for CNC lathes are used
for detecting the position of cuter blades
- When a blade presses against the contact, a signal having high
repetitive accuracy is output to the CNC or PC where the position
of the blade is stored automatically. As a result, it is no longer
necessary to repeat the process of the trial grinding, measurement,
calculation, and input to the NC, thereby eliminating the need
for expertise in tool setting while also eliminating any concern
over damaging the machine due to setting errors.
- In addition, breakage of the cutter can also be detected and
the amount of wear can be corrected.
- Since the sensors incorporate the contact structure of the
high accuracy MT-touch sensors, there is no drift or movement
differential, and the gold alloy contacts having low electrical
resistance offer high accuracy and a long accuracy life.
