Q. I see many parts on your website that are made in Japan. If my machine is down, what benefit will it be for my company to buy from All World Machinery if I have to wait months for delivery?
A. An extensive amount of our nearly 2 million dollars in parts inventory are from Japan. In almost a quarter century of monitoring the machine tool industry, All World has identified those key wear items that cause down time to our customers. Also, with our unique "Importation system" from Japan and other countries, many times we are able to get product in from overseas within a week.
Q. How can I be sure I am getting the exact part I am looking for? Made by the same manufacturer?
A. One thing our customers can be sure of is that they will receive the exact part they have requested. In many cases, older parts have been replaced by new versions. This can be due to several factors determined by the MFG (new innovation for better standards, new material etc..) All World Machinery is dedicated to staying on top of new product and innovation to offer our customers the best quality parts at competitive pricing. When an alternative brand is offered, our customers can be sure that it will meet or exceed the performance of the original part. Our customers are "always" informed of any crosses being made and have the luxury to decide which brand scenario works for them.
Q. I like to research parts I am in need of on the internet, but I prefer dealing with real people when it's time to purchase. How can I be sure to get the pleasant, custom buying experience your company prides itself on? Time is often critical.
A. Our company policy has always been to not use a voicemail system. You are guaranteed to reach a live sales representative each and every time you call. We won't make absurd claims of "quotes guaranteed in an hour", like some of our competitors do. But you can rest easy knowing each and every quote request, regardless of its size, will demand our utmost attempt to take care of your needs. It is part of our company philosophy not just to get you any old answer quick, it's to provide you with the right solution, with quality results, in a timely fashion. We know that your satisfaction with our customer service is crucial for our survival.

Q. What about "100 percent of stocked parts ship same day". How is that possible?

As your parts provider, we feel you should demand the same from your parts supplier. Our dedication to our customers includes getting in stock orders out "100 percent of the time" on the same day. Many customers are shocked to see the various products on our shelves that they are buying elsewhere and waiting for long lead times.
Q. If I send a unit in for potential repair, how can I be sure I won't be down for a long period of time without my pump or oil chiller?
A. While there is never a guarantee regarding the time it will take to repair your part, we strive to keep an extensive amount of spare parts for repair on hand. All repair orders are considered "rush jobs" to us. There are also scenarios where our customers can "rent" a spare unit on a monthly basis until their unit is fixed.
Q. Can you offer "on site" repair to my machine if it is not feasible for me to send a part in for repair?
A. In many cases, we can get a service tech to your facility immediately. Factors such as your proximity to our service techs, scheduling etc...We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q. I see you don't have a location in my state, can I still order parts from your company?

Our branches are located in Ohio, Georgia, Illinois and California for strategic purposes and to serve our customers in those regions. We are always scouting out the best spot for our next location; it may end up being right in your state!!
Q. What is a corepull unit?
